Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at Touche Moi without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits through “My Account”:

  • Be the first to know about upcoming sales, special events and the first to preview new arrivals.
  • Save your address and card details for faster shopping.
  • Track your orders and review past purchases.
  • Access and add products you love to your Wish List.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password, from the Log In page select “Forgot your password?” and follow the “Password Reset” instructions. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

What is a Wish list?

A ‘Wish list’ consists of desired products saved by you in "My Account". You can also share your wish list with other people.

Why can't I purchase just a bra or panty individually?

We do not allow customers to purchase separates. This means if the item you desire has a bra and panty, you will need to select the appropriate size for both items in order to checkout.  Simply put, you will need to purchase the item as a set.

Where does Touche Moi ship to?

We currently ship in the U.S. and internationally.

We currently only ship to the following international countries:

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • France
  • India
  • Italy
  • Japan
  • Mexico
  • Netherlands
  • United Kingdom

What shipping method do you use?

We offer domestic shipping within the U.S. and Canada with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and International shipping with UPS. Please be advised that any customs taxes and duties incurred on delivery of your order outside of the United States will be at the customer’s expense. Touche Moi is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred.

How long will it take my order to process?

All orders will process within 1-2 business days.

When can I expect my items to arrive?

We process all orders within 48 business hours U.S. customers will typically receive delivery of their orders within 5 business days after their order has been processed. For international deliveries, please allow 5 – 14 business days to receive your order. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by natural disasters or USPS/UPS.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes, proof of delivery and a signature will be required for all orders.

What happens if my parcel is lost or missing?

Touche Moi does not offer refunds for lost or missing parcels. If you would like additional insurance on your parcel please contact us at info@shoptouchemoi.com to make arrangements.
