Return and Refund Policies

Touche Moi wants you to be satisfied and happy with your online purchase. We understand ordering online can be difficult sometimes, especially when it comes to purchasing lingerie. If for some reason you don’t love the items you ordered as much as we do, you can return your items within 7 days of receipt.

Please note the following: we do not offer refunds, only returns for store credit.

Returns
In order to be eligible for a return, please see the following criteria;
  • Merchandise must be returned back to Touche Moi within 7 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with the tags still attached for the return to be validated.
  • The product must not be worn, altered, or washed and the original tags must still be attached.
  • You will be responsible for shipping charges unless you have received damaged goods. If you have received damaged goods, please contact us at info@shoptouchemoi.com and we will respond with the appropriate return instructions.
  • No returns will be issued for merchandise on sale.
  • Used merchandise cannot be returned.

At the time of your return, if you do not see an item you would like to exchange your purchase for, Touche Moi will issue you a gift card with the amount of the purchase less the shipping charges to be used for future purchases.

Touche Moi reserves the right to refuse service and exchanges to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive or arbitrary returns.

Refunds
Touche Moi does not allow refunds.
